We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for wheel(s) only. We do not accept returns for stickers and accessories.
Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:
- Contact us within the first 14-days of delivery date of the item.
- Must have original invoice.
- Wheel(s) that had tires mounted will not be accepted.
- Wheel(s) must be in new and unused condition.
- Must be in original packaging.
Returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
Original shipping cost paid by the customer is non-refundable.
Please make sure wheel(s) are sent back in original packaging and condition, we will not issue any credit if any shipping damage occurs or if tire has been mounted.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Wheels must be returned in their original packaging and box. If the wheels are damaged when they are returned due to improper/poor packaging it is subject to additional fees. Non-negotiable.
